Which facial should I book? Start with the concern
Most people book a facial by name because a name is what the menu gives them. It is a slightly backwards way round — the useful question is what you want to improve, and the treatment follows from that.
Here are the six concerns we see most, and where each one usually leads.

- Congestion → Deep Pore Extraction (£95 new client) or Hydro Deep Clean (£105)
- Texture, pores, acne marks → microneedling, face £195, planned as a course
- Uneven tone → Pigmentation Correction Peel, £135, after consultation
- Firmness → Fascia Lift & Firm £105, RF £99, or HIFU Face from £149
Congestion and blackheads
The Deep Pore Extraction Facial is the direct route: cleanse, steam, controlled manual extraction where it is safe to do it, then a calming mask. New client £95, standard £125.
If your skin does not enjoy manual extraction, the Hydro Deep Clean Facial lifts congestion more gently and finishes with hydration. New client £105, standard £135. We do not promise to clear every blackhead in one session — some congestion takes a short course and a home routine.
Dullness and dehydration
The Hydro Deep Clean is a good all-rounder here. If smoothness and brightness matter more than cleansing, the Glass Skin Resurfacing Facial is the one — new client £110, standard £145.
Both are no-downtime treatments. Many people run one every four to six weeks as maintenance.
Texture, visible pores and acne marks
This is microneedling territory. Controlled micro-channels are created in the skin to support its natural renewal process — commonly chosen for uneven texture, the look of enlarged pores, acne marks and general renewal.
Face is £195, neck £125, face and neck £250, décolleté £155. Sessions sit four to six weeks apart and it is planned as a course. Expect 24 to 48 hours of pink, warm skin afterwards.
Pigmentation and uneven tone
Pigmentation is not one thing — sun-related marks, marks left after spots have settled, and hormonal patches behave differently. The Pigmentation Correction Peel (£135) is one option for suitable clients, matched to the skin at consultation.
Whatever route you take, daily SPF does a large share of the work between appointments. Sun exposure undoes progress faster than anything else.
Fine lines and firmness
Three routes, and we do not lead with the strongest one. The Fascia Lift & Firm Facial is hands-on and the gentlest starting point at £105 new client. The RF Skin Tightening Facial is warm, comfortable and normally run as a short course, £99 new client.
HIFU Face is the strongest single-session option — focused ultrasound delivered at selected depths, from £149 for the jawline. Which one suits you depends on the area and the goal, and that is a consultation conversation.
When you genuinely do not know
Book a skin consultation. Fifteen minutes, a proper look at your skin, and a recommendation. It is a better use of money than guessing at a treatment name and hoping.
Questions
For maintenance, many people come every four to six weeks. Microneedling and peels are planned as a short course with longer gaps, agreed after we have seen your skin.
For microneedling, HIFU, pigmentation treatments and RF we check suitability first. Cleansing and hydrating facials can be booked directly.
Deep Pore uses steam and controlled manual extraction. Hydro Deep Clean is a multi-step cleansing and hydration treatment with a more hydrating finish and no downtime.
