Massage at Shape Zone is hands-on and unhurried, in a private treatment room. Choose Swedish for a classic relaxing massage, deep tissue for firmer work on tight areas, aromatherapy for essential oils blended for you, or hot stone for warmth that helps muscles let go. Foot and head massages are shorter, targeted sessions, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a slow, rhythmic technique that follows the lymphatic pathways. Book a back, neck and shoulders session or a full body; pressure is always adjusted to you.

Foot massage £45 / £65, head massage £45 / £85 and manual lymphatic drainage £60 / £85 — the two prices are the short and long options.
Swedish for relaxation, deep tissue for tight or knotted areas, aromatherapy for an oil blend chosen for you, hot stone for warmth. If you are unsure, tell us how you want to feel afterwards and we will suggest one.
A slow, gentle, rhythmic technique that follows the lymphatic pathways. It is much lighter than a deep tissue massage — see our lymphatic drainage page for more.
