Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin using a fine, sterile needle cartridge. The channels are designed to support the skin’s natural renewal process, which is why the treatment is chosen for texture, the look of enlarged pores, superficial scarring and acne marks. It is planned as a course rather than a one-off, and suitability is confirmed at consultation. The Exosome Regeneration Upgrade adds an advanced topical regenerative step to the same session.

A scratching or prickling sensation that varies across the face — bonier areas feel sharper. Numbing cream is used where appropriate, and most clients find it very manageable. Skin feels warm and tight afterwards, like mild sunburn.

Most people are planned for a course of three or more sessions, four to six weeks apart. We agree the number at consultation based on your skin and what you want to change. Results vary.
Expect redness for 24 to 48 hours and sometimes mild flaking a few days later. Most clients return to normal activities the next day, avoiding make-up for 24 hours and heat or exercise for a few days.

It feels like scratching or prickling and is sharper on bonier areas. Numbing cream is used where appropriate.
May not suit you if: Active acne, an active skin infection, cold sores or eczema in the treatment area; Pregnancy or breastfeeding; A history of keloid scarring; Recent isotretinoin (Roaccutane) use, recent sunburn or a fresh tan; Certain skin conditions or medication — always mention these at consultation.
