Booking somewhere new is mildly stressful — you do not know the room, the person, or whether you are about to be sold a course you did not ask for. Here is exactly how a first visit runs, so none of that is a surprise.

Come as you are. For a facial, you do not need to arrive without make-up — it comes off at the start anyway.
Every treatment starts with a conversation
Whatever you have booked, the appointment opens with a short conversation about what you want and a look at the area. For skin and scalp treatments that includes an assessment; for body treatments it means talking through the goal before anything is switched on.
This is also where suitability gets checked. If something is not right for you, we will say so and suggest an alternative rather than proceeding anyway.
New client pricing, not a blanket discount
Most treatments have a specific new client price rather than a percentage off everything. Japanese Head Spa £99, Deluxe Head Spa £139, Deep Pore Extraction Facial £95, Hydro Deep Clean £105, EMS Treatment £89, Lymphatic Body Reset £59.
You are not required to buy a course at the end. If a course genuinely suits your goal we will explain why, with the numbers, and you can think about it.
Afterwards
You leave with aftercare advice specific to what you had, and a suggestion for when to come back if a rhythm makes sense. Some treatments need nothing at all.
If you have questions later, call the salon — it is usually quicker than waiting for the next appointment.
Questions
For microneedling, HIFU, pigmentation treatments, RF and laser we check suitability before the treatment. Most facials, waxing and Head Spa appointments can be booked directly, with the consultation at the start of the appointment.
