Yes. Shape Zone offers both hands-on Manual Lymphatic Drainage and machine-assisted Pressotherapy, which we call the Lymphatic Body Reset, at our salon in London SW8.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is £60 for the short treatment and £85 for the long one. The Lymphatic Body Reset with Pressotherapy is £59 for a new client 30-minute session, then £75 for 30 minutes or £95 for 45 minutes, with 6- and 8-session courses available.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is performed by a therapist using slow, gentle, rhythmic hands-on movements. Pressotherapy is machine-assisted: inflatable garments fill and release in sequence to apply rhythmic compression. Neither is better than the other — the right choice depends on the experience you want and your individual goals.
Sensory Relaxation is our group of slow, soothing treatments built around scalp massage, hair play, gentle touch and switching off. It is led by the Japanese Head Spa, and also includes the Duo / Couples Head Spa for two people, Head Massage and Aromatherapy Massage.
