Before you start your sessions, you complete a questionnaire and have a chat with one of the consultants regarding your goals and current fitness level.
Once this is done, you are shown around and the concept of the machine and how it works is explained. When having a session, you should wear comfortable underwear/ sport wear and socks. You are then given a special vacuum skirt. This is then secured tightly to avoid any air escaping during your session.
You then get into the machine carefully under the guidance of a consultant, who straps you in securely. You can then adjust yourself until you are comfortable with the pedals.
You the choose your intensity level, vacuum level. You can enjoy your favorite music or netflix show, while in just 30 minutes you can burn upto 1000 calories!
