Before your first session, a consultant will guide you through a short questionnaire to tailor the treatment to your fitness level and goals. My Story
I was never really into sports. Back in the day, when I gained a few extra pounds, I'd just skip dinner or breakfast, and soon enough, my clothes fit perfectly again.
